OPEN PUBLIC RECORD REQUESTS:

This form can be submitted to the Clerk's Office via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, by USPS Mail or in-person. ***Please note that under NJ State Laws for open public record requests, Medford Township has seven (7) business days to fulfill the request.
