AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CHECKS

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, this 3rd day of January, 2012, by the Township Council of the Township of Medford, that pursuant to the Administrative Code of the Township of Medford, Section 7.13 (a), all checks of the Township of Medford shall be signed by the Township Manager or his designee, signed and countersigned by the Chief Financial Officer or Treasurer, except that payroll checks may be signed by the Chief Financial Officer alone or Treasurer alone, upon voucher and warrant of the Manager.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a Resolution adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Medford, at a meeting on the 3rd day of January, 2012.
