RESOLUTION 65-2012

 

AMENDING THE TOWNSHIP’S

EMPLOYEE POLICY MANUAL

 

           

WHEREAS, the Township of Medford recently reviewed, revised and clarified certain policies of its Employee Policy Manual to comply with the 2012 – 2013 MEL Employment Practices; and

            WHEREAS, the changed policies are so indicated with a revised date of March 30, 2012; and

            WHEREAS, the Township Council wishes to amend the Employee Policy Manual to include said changes.

            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Medford, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, that certain policies contained in the  Employee Policy Manual be hereby amended as indicated by the Last Revised date of March 30, 2012 as set forth in the Employee Policy Manual attached hereto.

 

 

            I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a Resolution adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Medford, at a meeting held on the 26th day of April, 2012
