AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MEDFORD,

IN THE COUNTY OF BURLINGTON AND STATE OF

NEW JERSEY; APPROPRIATING $50,810.00 FROM

THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE

PURCHASE OF FIRE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING

WHEREAS, certain monies were set aside by the Township in the Capital Improvement Fund in the budget for 2011;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Township Council of the Township of Medford, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, as follows:

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $50,810.00 from the Capital Improvement Fund for the purchase of fire protective clothing.
