AUTHORIZATION TO RE-ESTABLISH CUSTODIANS OF

PETTY CASH FUNDS

WHEREAS, eight (8) petty cash funds totaling $575.00 have previously

been established; and

WHEREAS, there has been a change concerning an existing “Fund Custodian”; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council

of the Township of Medford, County of Burlington and State of New Jersey

that the existing petty cash funds with the following persons as custodians of record be re-established as follows:

1. Sherry Rockhill-Smith: Tax Collector

Office of Tax Collector $ 25.00

2. Mary Lou Bergh: Deputy Municipal Clerk

Office of Clerk $100.00

3. Jeffrey Kumpel: Director Public Work $100.00

Department of Public Works

4. Jeffrey Kumpel: Director Public Works

Department of Buildings & Grounds $100.00

5. Richard Meder : Chief of Police

Division of Police $ 50.00

6. Beth A. Portocalis: Director of Recreation

Department of Recreation $ 50.00

7. Ryan Willitts: Director Utilities

Department of Water & Sewer Utility $100.00

8. Robert Tassone Construction Code Official

Department of Planning & Zoning $ 50.00

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a Resolution adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Medford at a meeting held on the 3rd day of January, 2012.
