APPOINTING CONFLICT MUNICIPAL

COURT JUDGE, CONFLICT

PUBLIC DEFENDER AND

CONFLICT PROSECUTOR

 

 

          WHEREAS, a need has arisen for a Conflict Municipal Court Judge, Conflict Public Defender and Conflict Prosecutor to be appointed to serve the Medford Township Municipal Court; and

          WHEREAS, the Township Council wishes to makes these appointments; and     WHEREAS, Mary Brennan is a Municipal Court Judge, James K. Grace and Mark P. Tarantino are attorneys, all licensed in the State of New Jersey, and are qualified to serve the Township in their respective capacities.

          NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Medford that Mary Brennan, J.M.C., be appointed as Conflict Municipal Court Judge, James K. Grace, Esquire, be appointed as Conflict Public Defender, and Mark P. Tarantino be appointed as Conflict Prosecutor, on those occasions where a conflict of interest prohibits the current Municipal Court Judge, Public Defender of Prosecutor from serving the Medford Township Municipal Court.

 

 

          I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a Resolution adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Medford, at a meeting held on the 9th day of March, 2010.
